No. We do not have any physical store locations. We are readily available online on www.alissibronteme.com .
How do you preserve the skincare products from heat?
The products are kept in air-conditioned environment all the way until they reach your door. The warehouses are air-conditioned as well as our delivery cars.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery? Any additional charges?
Yes, you can pay Cash on Delivery. A delivery charge of AED 10 is applicable.
Can I pay by credit card for my order?
Yes, you can pay using your credit card.
Is the Delivery Free in all UAE?
No, a standard delivery charge of AED 10 to be paid across all the orders placed.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not ship to international destinations. But we will be shipping internationally in the future.
Where is my order?
Within the UAE, delivery should take 1-3 business days depending on the time of day the purchase was made. Orders placed on the weekend (Thursdays and Fridays) and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
International delivery should take 3-7 business days, unforeseen circumstances notwithstanding. Please note that we will try our best to ship and have your order delivered as soon as possible.
