You may return items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 14 days as long as the Alissi Brontë security tag is still attached. Please note that the original and return shipping costs, customs and taxes cannot be refunded and any shipping costs relating to returning the items to us are carried by the customer. We highly recommend returning the item via tracked shipping in order to guarantee delivery. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item.
You can also exchange your item in one of our stores in the UAE within 14 days if the Alissi Brontë security tag is still attached. We can issue cash refunds for Cash on Delivery orders only. Otherwise, we can refund via credit card or Paypal, whichever was used for online payment.
What address should I return the product to?
If you’re not completely happy with your Alissi Bronte product and you would like to return it to us, it is important that you contact our Customer Care Team prior to returning the item so that the return can be recorded on your customer account.
The contact with customer care should be made within the 24 hours of receiving the product, please send us photos of the received packaged in case of damage.
We will arrange for a pick up if in UAE or you can drop it to any of our locations you bought it from.
You should include a copy of the order invoice or documentation giving the order no. together with your details in with the item(s) returned.

When will I get my refund?
Refund is processed within 10 working days. It could be transferred to your account or can be given as a credit note.
Refund will only be given to people in UAE.
If there is a damage in the product and is recorded by the customer at the time of delivery, then complete amount will be refunded.
However, if the customer changes their mind and wants to return the product, then amount excluding the courier fees will be refunded.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
My product is faulty, what should I do?
If you experience any problems with your Alissi Bronte products, please contact report it to the delivery guy and send us photos of the faulty package within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a pickup and replace it with the undamaged goods.
In case of refunds, it can be transferred to your account or can be given as a credit note.
